By purchasing a product from this site, including preorders, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before completing your order.

1. Preorders

By placing a preorder for Bittersweet or any signed or unsigned edition, you acknowledge that:

• Your payment is processed immediately.

• Your product will ship only after the official release date.

• Estimated shipping time is 7–10 business days after release (standard copies) or upon completion of signing (signed copies).

• Release dates are subject to change. Any changes will be communicated via the email you provide at checkout.

2. Signed Editions (Limited Quantity)

Signed copies are limited to a specific number of units. Once they are sold out, no additional signed copies will be offered for this title.

Signed edition orders may require additional processing time due to author signing, packaging, and handling.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Standard Paperbacks

Printed and fulfilled through BookVault and shipped directly to the customer.

Signed Editions

Shipped by the author via USPS Media Mail unless otherwise noted.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or customs processes for international customers.

4. Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Because all items are made to order or custom signed:

• All sales are final.

• No returns or exchanges are accepted.

• Refunds are only issued if:

  • You were charged in error, or

  • The item has not yet entered the printing or signing stage, and your request is made within 24 hours of purchase.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the packaging and product so we can assist you.

5. Payment Processing

Payments are securely processed through Stripe.
We do not store your full payment information.

Stripe may require additional authentication (such as 3D Secure) during checkout. By completing your purchase, you agree to Stripe’s Payment Terms and Privacy Policy.

6. Taxes

Applicable sales tax will be added based on your shipping address once our state registration is active. Prior to activation, no sales tax will be collected.

Customers are responsible for any customs fees for international shipments.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including the book, characters, descriptions, images, digital files, and branding—is the intellectual property of Valencia Michelle and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without permission.

8. Errors, Delays & Availability

We reserve the right to:

• Correct pricing errors

• Update product information

• Adjust release or shipping dates

If an error affects your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.

9. Customer Information

By purchasing, you agree to provide accurate:

• Name

• Shipping address

• Email address

• Payment information

We are not responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error.
